OUR MISSION

Borderless Technologies works to expand access to education across the world through e-learning and other technology platforms. Through our work, we empower groups on the fringes of society to seek an education.

We believe that learning unlocks and activates opportunities for vulnerable groups and that all people, no matter their background, deserve access to a good education.

We continue to push for a more just world where every person can reach their full potential, and using technology, we provide services that are working towards that world.

So far, Borderless Technologies has designed, supported, and offered several courses to girls in Afghanistan to continue their education, despite the Taliban's ban, through a program called E-Learning in Afghanistan.

With support from early donors, we have connected with 20 young women striving to improve their situation and provided them with courses on the following topics: computer science, international human rights law, and photojournalism. The program is now being considered for refugees outside of Afghanistan as well, given the increased scrutiny of e-learning in that country.

Through another program called Peace in Our Schools, we have designed and executed workshops on peace-building, interfaith dialogue, and emotional intelligence. The workshops utilize technology to bring peacebuilders from around the world into the classroom. We have completed workshops in the following countries: The Republic of Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Indonesia. Our goal is to continue to expand this program to other countries, including Argentina and Mexico, while also bringing more peacebuilders of different backgrounds and religions to students all over the globe.

Paint the World is a program which provides art therapy to children in hospitals, hospices, orphanages and disability centres. Through our online sessions, we connect artists, musicians, magicians and performers with children battling with life-threatening illnesses.

Our goal is to brighten their days through joy and use art as a healing tool. Nearly 50 children have benefited from our program, and we continue to have relationships with artists and performers around the world.

We have completed programs in the following countries: Georgia and Malaysia. We plan on expanding this program as we grow and include some forms of in-person services.

Borderless Technologies continues to explore all ways to expand access to education to all people.
